Once the seller/ dealer receives an offer, they have the option to either accept or reject it. However, before accepting any offer, the seller/ dealer should ensure that they have rejected all other received offers. This process ensures fairness and transparency in the decision-making process. By rejecting the remaining offers, the seller/ dealer can proceed to accept a single offer, thereby finalizing the transaction with a specific buyer.
Users can view the offer table for both individual and dealer company listed vehicles.

Once the seller accepts an offer, the buyer can view it in the "Accepted Offer" table located within the "Placed Offer" page. This table provides a consolidated view of all the offers that have been accepted by the seller. On the other hand, if the seller rejects an offer, the buyer can find it in the "Rejected Offer" table within the same "Placed Offer" page. These tables enable the buyer to keep track of the status of their offers.
Furthermore, based on the seller's action, the buyer will receive an email notification informing them whether their offer has been accepted or rejected.
