You can log into the system using your Google, Facebook or Amazon accounts. If invalid data is provided during the login process, access to the system will be denied.
Once successfully logged in, you have the option to sign out from the system.

Upon successful login, you will be directed to the following page.
Please note that if you remain inactive within the system for 5 minutes, without any cursor movement, the system will automatically expire your session and redirect you to the sign-in page.
After signing in, users will see a pop-up message that includes a field for their nickname. If users want to add a nickname, they can do so here. The nickname should consist of alphabetical letters only and should be less than 10 characters.

Claiming Vehicles
Users have the option to claim vehicles in our system. Any user can initiate a claim for a vehicle that is registered in their name. If the user is an admin or member of any dealer company they also can claim their vehicle. On your account page claims would be categorized as:
- Active Personal Claims and Active Dealer Claims: Claims that are made and reviewed within three months.
- Expired Personal Claims and Expired Dealer Claims: Claims that have passed three months.
- Inactive Personal Claims and Inactive Dealer Claims: Claims that have been rejected or canceled.
Passes for Listing Vehicles
To list a vehicle for the selling process, users are required to purchase passes. Passes you have bought are categorized as:
- Available Personal Passes and Available Dealer Passes: Passes that are ready for use.
- Used Personal Passes and Used Dealer Passes: Passes that have been used to list vehicles.
- Expired Personal Passes and Expired Dealer Passes: Passes that have passed their validity period.
Users have the option to purchase new passes if needed.
Closing Account
Users can choose to close their accounts at any time. This action will result in the deactivation of their account and the removal of their associated data from the system.
